Marc Vein Group facilitates investments in mining projects. By using our investment services:

• You acknowledge that all investments carry risk of loss
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence
• We provide information and analysis but do not guarantee investment outcomes
• You must meet minimum investment requirements and accreditation standards where applicable

Users agree not to:

• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Upload or transmit viruses or other harmful code
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect or harvest information about other users

Our fee structure includes:

Investors may lose some or all of their invested capital. You should only invest amounts you can afford to lose.

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Marc Vein Group and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant us a license to use, modify, and display such content in connection with our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
